Hey! Saw Sarah's editorial for Aveline — beautiful work.
Thank you, I'll pass that on. What can we do for you?

Six places to check. One place to work.

Every channel a manager answers on, under the name of the person they answer for.

Easier

All of it is answered from one screen

Every channel a client is reachable on opens in the same console — DMs, inbox, calendar, booking forms. No rotating through six apps and five logins to answer five people, and no phone passed around the office.

Nothing missed

Everything gets answered and handled

Unread counts sit next to every person and every channel, so you can see whose day needs you before you go looking. Instagram also closes its reply window a day after a message arrives, so Roster counts that down on every conversation and tells you plainly when one has closed — rather than letting a reply fail quietly.

Organized

Arranged the way you already work

You think in people, not platforms. Every client gets a workspace and their channels live under their name, so you pick up a person and everything of theirs is already there — and you switch context once instead of six times.

Less busywork

Inquiries arrive already written up

A booking form lands as an inbox item with every answer laid out — event, date, budget, usage — instead of a notification you have to go chase. One click opens a reply already addressed to whoever sent it, with the subject filled in.

How it works

01

They connect, with consent

Each person authorizes their own accounts through Instagram and Google's official login flows, or hands over a revocable key. Nobody shares a password.

02

Everything lands in one console

One sidebar of people. Under each: their DMs, their inbox, their week, their booking forms. Unread counts show where the fires are before you go looking.

03

Your team answers as the team

Read, reply, book — from one screen. Every message is written by a person; the console is a shared desk, not an autoresponder.

Built for the people behind the people

Talent & model managers

You answer for five people before lunch. Stop rotating through five phones to do it.

Creator & influencer agencies

Brand deals die in unread DMs. Give every account manager the same desk and nothing slips.

Chiefs of staff & assistants

Run a principal's inbox, messages, and calendar as one workflow instead of three tabs and a prayer.

Safe for the accounts you were trusted with

These are other people's accounts. Everything below is a constraint we accepted so that using Roster can never be the reason one of them gets restricted.

Official APIs only

Every connection runs through Instagram's and Google's own login and published APIs. Nothing is scraped, nothing automates an account, and nothing puts it at risk of being limited or banned.

No password ever changes hands

Account owners authorize their own accounts and can revoke that access at any moment from their platform settings. You never ask a client for a password, and we never store one.

We keep almost nothing

Messages stay with Instagram, Google and Bluesky and are fetched when you open a conversation. What we hold is identifiers and encrypted keys — not your clients' conversations.

People send the messages

No automation, no AI replies, no bulk sends. Every outgoing message was typed by someone on your team, which is also exactly what we told Instagram we do.

One desk for everyone you represent.

Every client, every channel, every conversation — in one place, in the order it needs answering. If you have an access code, it's waiting.
